We called Four Seasons for a second opinion and they had someone out in 30 minutes and were able to restore our heat with a new furnace next day! Our furnace went out last night and with the impending cold weather changes coming, I was nervous if we would be able to get it fixed quickly. I called the after hours service line and was connected with someone who helped us troubleshoot and then arranged for a service call for the morning. Everyone from the reception/scheduler was very professional and took care of us promptly. Our service tech was Josh and he was great and extremely knowledgeable.
